Infill Line Directions setting can now contain an arbitrary string.
The SettingTextField can now cope with strings of arbitrary characters (not just digits) so revert to plan A and let the user input a comma separated list of angles rather than having fixed combinations. CuraEngine will parse the list and ignore bad input.
