We've removed a bunch of settings and transformed others. To allow profiles to be checked for these and edited if necessary, we now need to increment this version number.

Since the setting version 18 is used in the arachne beta build, we decided to make the the setting version to 19 in the normal releases, so that we make sure that projects made in arachne beta won't use any version upgrade scripts if a user attempts to open them in 4.12.

We now have version 18, where Flsun Super Racer has customised profiles.
Nothing changes in the built-in profiles. It only needs a change in the machine instances.

This is the default (preferred) nozzle for the FABtotum Personal Fabricator.
Apparently when these nozzle profiles were added, the existing quality profiles weren't considered. We'll now put them on the nozzle size that the FABtotum printer had before the nozzle profiles were added. There is also the Pro nozzle for FABtotum but I think the Lite is more likely what the profiles were originally made for, since that is the default.
We have a change now that requires a version upgrade. This triggers all profiles to update for the user, and we must update accordingly in the built-in profiles.

These printers had profiles for zyyx_pro and fabtotum material suites, which were specific to those materials, but caused the generic materials to no longer have any profile. Let's use these machine-specific profiles for the generic materials as well. For the specific materials this changes nothing because the same profiles are still matched. For the generic materials this should improve the quality if the quality profile is tuned in any way to the machine.
