Replace STL meshes with 3MF files

These are much smaller than their STL counterparts. This saves on download and installation time. Maybe also on loading time.

Merge machine_head_polygon and machine_head_with_fans_polygon defs.

There is no usecase for having both. when a definition has both,
the head is removed. when it has only head, it is renamed to
_with_fans

Overwrite gantry height value instead of default_value

Because the default in fdmprinter has a formula in the value, the default_value properties wouldn't get used any more.

Sometimes it's out of sync. Sometimes even missing. Let's just not use that any more.

Make 'other' the default category
...
This should make it a bit easier for others to create a new definition since there is less for them to 'have to know'. Previously they would be required to fill in as category Other, but now they can just leave the category out.

support prints up to 15cm width
...
NEO Firmware moves head 1cm to the right after Y endstop is pressed. This shrinks build volume to 14cm width. With this extra commands, the head moves back to the endstop. Now 15cm width builds are possible.
