Convert ASCII STL files to binary STL
...
For some people (perhaps platform-dependent) reading ASCII STL files is giving problems.
It has smaller file size too, and nobody is going to read these STL files with a text editor anyway.

There were reportedly some errors in the file format. I've opened it and re-saved it in CloudCompare to fix these. And I also converted it to binary STL to reduce the file size somewhat.

Velleman Vertex K8400 single and dual head

Definition files for single and dual head versions of Velleman Vertex
K8400 printer.
The machine uses printable coordinates x=0 to 200, y=20 to 200 and
parking position 200, 200 regardless of how many extruders you use.
Thereby the different machine_width for the two models.
The g-code can probably be improved.
USB connection not successful this far.

Added a stl file for the kossel heatbed. Created from jrocholl's original STL files for kossel plastic parts (all GPLv3) and the public domain geometry from the mk_visual_calc repository.

Updated JSON file:
- changed machine center is zero to true
- added turn heated bed off to end g code
- changed top/bottom thickness from 0.3 to 1.2mm
- added machine preferences as I did in 2.1 (is this still used?)
Updated STL file. The last file was 13mb! this one is 810kb!

I did not pay attention to my file sizes when creating and submitting
the the first round of RigidBot meshes. Oops! I have decreased the
sizes from 30MB to 1.2MB without noticeable loss in quality.
Those springs hog a lot data.

The printer profiles for the BQ Witbox, BQ Prusa i3 Hephestos
and BQ Prusa i3 Hephestos XL have been updated to match the
new format of the Cura 15.06.
The settings have been adjusted for better quality results.
