dd4e1c66b7 Make MachineSelector more generic by detaching logic from view 
By detaching the logic from the view custom handlers can be added to selecting printers. This was needed as the MachineSelector in the `WorkspaceDialog` needed to do something different from the `PreparMenu`.

b18080c332 Rename AbstractStacksModel.py -> MachineListModel.py since this model includes both abstract machine stacks and regular machines 
Add machineCount for displaying the number of machines of a type.

MachineSelectorButton is in use in other places, swapped it out for a new Component MachineListButton.

7ffa770fb4 Searching container registry returns ContainerStacks. 
Made typing more generic to work with an ContainerStack to compensate.

Made AbstractMachine getMachines a classmethod so it can be called with ContainerStacks.

Use re-useable scrollbar and remove ScrollView 
The machine selector has the scroll view inside of the listview. It just needs to use our new scrollbar element instead of the default.

Contributes to issue CURA-8686.

5c898b8c57 Allow the machine manager to set an empty active machine 
Gracefully handle the case where the machine manager is requested to
delete the last machine in Cura. In this case, instead of deleting
everything of this machine and still keep it as an active machine,
the machine manager will set the active machine to None.

The QML files which depend on the active machine were changed to
properly handle themselves when there is no active machine.

8dbebaa23c Ensure that the machine selector list scales properly 
The old implementation directly listend to the height (instead of childrenRect).
This caused issues, since other things apart from adding / removing machines could
influence the height.

a3bcdaf3b6 Make the popup in the printer selector resizable depending on the 
contents. Also there is a maximum height that will fit 9 printers.
