We have a change now that requires a version upgrade. This triggers all profiles to update for the user, and we must update accordingly in the built-in profiles.

Given that:
* stair stepping is intended to be used to reduce the adhesion between support and the model, where the support rests on the model, and to reduce scarring, and
* PVA doesn't suffer from scarring or adhesion issues due to its water-solubility, and
* our current stair stepping algorithm has some bugs, causing support to disappear sometimes
we've decided to set stair stepping to 0 for all PVA profiles for UM3, UMS5 and UMS3.

Also convert the values for prime_tower_min_volume to make it behave similar to what the minimum volume used to be. This feature fixed a bug with the computation from volume to thickness. Now it's correct but we have to correct the old values to be still the same (approximately) as what used to be the end result.

We add a new setting "machine_nozzle_type" to give the engine
information about the nozzle type, such as "AA" and "BB". This is
applicable to UM3 and UM3XL.
These are now upgraded to version 3, meaning that they will have to increase their version numbers and remove any start_layers_at_same_position settings they define. None of these profiles define any start_layers_at_same_position so it's just the version number then.

The Ultimaker 3 is now released, so we can make this data public. These are the Ultimaker 3 definition files (with their physical properties as Cura requires them, such as build volume) as well as its extruders, print cores, quality profiles and build plate mesh. And also for the Ultimaker 3 Extended. Modifications to the material profiles will be published in the fdm_materials repository.
