CURA-4526 Delete LayerView plugin because it will be replaced with the
...
SimulationView.
This commit also adapts the code in order to accept the messages coming
from the engine, with information about feedrates and line thicknesses.
Add also some changes in the GCodeReader that reads feedrates and
line thickness from the gcode file.

We modify the line types that we get from the engine so that it's always within range.
This was a bug I found during development of CURA-3903.

Not the neatest solution. We might want to make a preference for this? I sorta like to see those travel moves, actually.
