69af593d8c Make Slider generic component in UM. Make Infill slider into generic SingleSettinSlider which will work for any setting now. 
Change slider theme slighly.

c356b9d46f Rename ExtruderSelectorBar -> SingleSettingExtruderSelectorBar to be inline with new single setting widgets.

631d6a15b0 Add extruder button bar that shows icons for each extruder in a horizontal row 💪 
Make ExtruderButton more generic by moving functionality out.

Remove background color from ToolbarButton and add that background color to the Toolbar.qml.

Fix Toolbar border being created by overlapping rectangles instead of using border

Add scaling options for ToolBarButtons icon

9774349cb7 Make add printer component more responsive 
For some displays/screen resolutions the cut is expended beyond the borders of the window. By making the component more responsive this should be fixed.

a30fbf5a8f Disable connection status icon for drop down in WorkspaceDialog. It is not possible to display the correct status for LAN printers without making them the active printer anyway.

57c6a228aa Expose per-model retraction settings. 
Related engine PR made it possible to do this. No PR was made to expose these to the front-end as far as I can see, so (since this was a PRwe where very behind on -- like 10 months or so) I choose to do it myself instead of asking the original author.
