Expand the esp01s section to 80MHz and 160MHz

Browse Source 
The two sections give the user a choice at what speed he'd like to
run the CPU. In some rare cases the unshielded ESP-01S module may
experience connectivity issues at 160MHz. In that case running it
slower helps.
