Custom file extension needs to be included in the list of extensions
of the file dialog. On MacOS the custom extension needs to be the
first one in the list as it will be forced upon the default file
name provided to the file dialog.
+ Object's menu for Advanced and Expert mode are the same now.
+ "wxYES|wxCANCEL" style is changed to "wxOK|wxCANCEL" for MessageDialog.
The reason: wxWidgets implementation for Linux doesn't respects to "wxYES|wxCANCEL" style for MessageDialog.
In this case massage dialog has "wxYES_NO|wxCANCEL" style.
Custom URL Registration:
- Windows - writes to registers.
- Linux - desktop integration file.
- Macos - info.plist.in creates registration and is controlled only via app config.
Registration is first made in Config Wizard. Or is triggered from Preferences. Path to downloads folder can be set.
URL link starts new instance of PS which sends data to running instance via SingleInstance structures if exists.
New progress notification is introduced with pause and stop buttons.

volume will both have that name. Otherwise, filename w/o suffix is used

on PrusaSlicer too early now on some newest platforms, where the
application is not yet fully initialized. This fix postpones loading of
files in that case.

Change Download dialog to select path there.
Every user query triggers new download of version file, possibly stops former download (with dialog).
Some functions refactored.
PrusaSlicer writes its version into "version" field of PrusaSlicer.ini
on start, unfortunately it used to do it too early, before the
"configuration invalid, reconfigure" dialog was shown to the user.
If user refused, the version was still written into PrusaSlicer.ini,
which lead to a newer slicer thinking the configuration is outdated.

1) Less context is kept in GUI_App.
2) Copying is not being done if loading current PrusaSlicer.ini fails
3) AppConfig (PrusaSlicer.ini) is saved first after the newer configuration is installed.
