8ed6d1b466 WIP: Implemented support for QOI G-code thumbnail format as requested 
by the RepRapFirmware team due to their low RAM budget for decompression.
Bundled the QOI image compression library.

906f8914a6 SLA estimation time: 
* A calculation of the estimation of a print time is ported from the FW

bbb7e839a0 Fixed various issues in the ported Lightning infill. 
Added export to SVG for TreeNode.

f3e14865e5 Minor tweaks in machine limits handling: 
- renamed some variables so the names are not misleading
- improved readability a bit
- disabled silent mode for RRF (it was apparently enabled by mistake)
- set default value of machine_limits_usage to TimeEstimateOnly

d8ecc191da Added a check that first layer height is not expressed as a percentage (related to https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/7418) 
first_layer_height cannot be changed to ConfigOptionFloat, that would break loading of old 3MFs.
The relative values from 3MFs should already be converted to absolute in `Preset::normalize`, what is missing is the UI check.

+ Code refactoring for OptionsGroup::create_single_option_line():
Don't clear label value in an Option. This value is used in Field::get_value_by_opt_type() to show error "%s doesn't support percentage".
=> At functions OG_CustomCtrl::CtrlLine::render() and OG_CustomCtrl::CtrlLine::get_pos() added check if current line has more than one option.
=> Draw option's label only when line has several options.

e8be7b2ecd Implemented possibility to show resin colors from the Plater (Bottles with resin are colored now in preset combobox) 
+ Added nsvgParseFromFileWithReplace() to replace some colors before parsing from SVG file
+ Thumbnails are saved with selected resin color in SL1 or SL1S files
+ "white" folder is deleted from "icons" now. THere is no needed anymore.

69721123db [fuzzy skin] Use "walls" instead of "perimeters" in option 
"Perimeters" has a specific meaning within Prusa Slicer, but fuzzy skin
uses "perimeters" to mean "walls" which can be confusing

5f26bfd397 Brim separation from object, follow up to 82373334bcdaaaf10ed860fd2887b635f815d81f 
1) Changed the name of the variable "brim_offset" to "brim_separation"
   for clarity.
2) Added legacy conversion after loading an old 3MF that does not define
   then new "brim_separation" variable: The "brim_separation" is being
   filled in with the "elefant_foot_compensation" value to produce
   equal brim separation to the old PrusaSlicer that saved that 3MF file.

Renamed the new "printhost_ignore_check" option to "printhost_ssl_ignore_revoke"

Improved the Physical Printers dialog in regard to the new option checkbox
(added tooltip to the checkbox, moved it to the end of options).

Disabled the host_xxx options at the command line interface, they no
more work after these options were separated to Physical Printers profiles.

Little refactoring of Http.cpp/hpp, OctoPrint.cpp/hpp
Private local variables prefixed with m_, some renaming for clarity.
