PrusaLink: Use PUT or POST based on information read during test connection (upload-by-put). If put - do additional GET for storage_list and let user to choose where to upload or show name if only 1 is possible. Allow PrusaLink for MK2.5 and MK2.5S.
PrusaConnect: New host type PrusaConnect inherited from PrusaLink class with filled host address, disabled http diggest. After upload read header information - status message and pass it to notification and Printhost upload dialog via events, this message can be shown as warning notification and is recieved in localized lang. Pass accept-language shortcut in upload header. 3 option to upload. (upload, to queue, to print)
Upload Notification: Showing status text, changes in text, not showing close button, Completed state on special call (not 100%) and other design changes.

first_layer_height cannot be changed to ConfigOptionFloat, that would break loading of old 3MFs.
The relative values from 3MFs should already be converted to absolute in `Preset::normalize`, what is missing is the UI check.
+ Code refactoring for OptionsGroup::create_single_option_line():
Don't clear label value in an Option. This value is used in Field::get_value_by_opt_type() to show error "%s doesn't support percentage".
=> At functions OG_CustomCtrl::CtrlLine::render() and OG_CustomCtrl::CtrlLine::get_pos() added check if current line has more than one option.
=> Draw option's label only when line has several options.

New config field for switching the support interface pattern between
default (rectilinear for non-soluble interface, concentric for soluble interface),
explicit rectilinear and explicit concentric.
Also the config layer was reworked a bit to reduce some switch statements
on ConfigOptionEnum<> templates.
Description of issue:
When for some parameter set a value which is out of rage or inaccurate and than click to another parameter,
receive a warning message dialog with description of a problem.
After closing of this Dialog any button on settings tab doesn't work for first click.
Looks like after dialog is closed Notebook page loses a focus.
Workaround:
Use self-created WarningDialog (inherited from the wxDialog) instead of wxMessageDialog
