Builds that were not tagged and contained number of commits since last tag
showed "-UNKNOWN" in the title bar, even when they went through the build server
sysinfo to clipboard for inserting into github issue.
Fix of [Feature Request] Help => System Info => Copy to Clipboard: wrap list of extensions with <details> tag #6830
1) Polished up wording of the error messages.
2) Made some messages in the SysInfo dialog localized.
3) Renamed LibraryCheck.cpp/hpp to BlacklistedLibraryCheck.cpp/hpp
4) CPPized the BlacklistedLibraryCheck WIN32 C code.

Plater::enter_gizmos_stack(). Other than that, the 2nd Undo / Redo
stack is transparent to the user of the Plater.
WIP: Currently the Gizmo stack takes a snapshot of the whole scene on
Plater::enter_gizmos_stack(). While it should work, it may be cheaper
to modify the Undo/Redo stack to only take a snapshot of the gizmos
in the Gizmo mode.
