457ffe884a cleanup: address golangci 'usetesting' linter issues 
When a context.Context is needed in a unit test, t.Context() should be
used instead of creating a new one with context.TODO() or
context.Background().

0e7b06e9d0 build: address 'copyloopvar' linter warning 
golangci-lint reports these:

    The copy of the 'for' variable "kmsID" can be deleted (Go 1.22+)

95e9595c1f util: add helper ExecCommandWithTimeout function 
added ExecCommandWithTimeout helper function
to execute the commands with the timeout option,
if the command does not return any response with
in the timeout time the process will be terminated
and error will be returned back to the user.
