ultimaker.def.json is also cleaned and put in alphabetic order.
Ultimaker 2 and original are kept mostly as they were, since they are not tested. PP-42
raft base speed is only 15mm/s to avoid extreme flows. The raft surface speed equals the top/bottom speed, so the raft surface has a flow equal to the top/bottom flow. The raft interface is again the average of the surface and the base. PP-243
PVA is stringing a lot due to the too small retract distance. This oozed material is causing under extrusion elsewhere, reducing the strength of the support. Too long retractions could cause reliability issues as well. However, since we reduced the number of retractions by ~40% for the smaller models (for bigger models it is ~0%, but then it is also not relevant since a lot of material is printed in between) with the new settings of PP-108 increasing the retract distance to 6.5mm is safe. PP-185
We've removed a bunch of settings and transformed others. To allow profiles to be checked for these and edited if necessary, we now need to increment this version number.

Conflicts:
plugins/SimulationView/SimulationPass.py -> Reverted layer view optimisation in Master while some whitespace changed in Arachne.
resources/definitions -> Bunch of conflicts with profile updates.
resources/quality -> Bunch of conflicts with profile updates.
resources/texts/change_log.txt -> Removed the Arachne change log (as they are internal versions). It'll have to be re-added when we release this version as stable.
- "Minimum_value" changed to "minimum_warning_value"
- PVA (BB0.4 and BB0.8) require low support jerk settings for good adhesion
- Support roof does follow print_jer and no warning levels set
Since the setting version 18 is used in the arachne beta build, we decided to make the the setting version to 19 in the normal releases, so that we make sure that projects made in arachne beta won't use any version upgrade scripts if a user attempts to open them in 4.12.
CURA-8510
We now have version 18, where Flsun Super Racer has customised profiles.
Nothing changes in the built-in profiles. It only needs a change in the machine instances.

Although it is not entirely sure yet, we are fairly certain that libArachne release will have
a setting version of 18, so it is changed by this commit. With this change, the VersionUpgrader
will be properly triggered.
Contributes to CURA-7683 and CURA-7656
We have a change now that requires a version upgrade. This triggers all profiles to update for the user, and we must update accordingly in the built-in profiles.

Given that:
* stair stepping is intended to be used to reduce the adhesion between support and the model, where the support rests on the model, and to reduce scarring, and
* PVA doesn't suffer from scarring or adhesion issues due to its water-solubility, and
* our current stair stepping algorithm has some bugs, causing support to disappear sometimes
we've decided to set stair stepping to 0 for all PVA profiles for UM3, UMS5 and UMS3.
Contributes to issue CURA-7311.
Also convert the values for prime_tower_min_volume to make it behave similar to what the minimum volume used to be. This feature fixed a bug with the computation from volume to thickness. Now it's correct but we have to correct the old values to be still the same (approximately) as what used to be the end result.
