47eac21072 Make fixed-size Matrix and Array trivially copyable after C++20 
Making them trivially copyable allows using std::memcpy() without undefined
behaviors.

Only Matrix and Array with trivially copyable DenseStorage are marked as
trivially copyable with an additional type trait.

As described in http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2019/p0848r3.html
it requires extremely verbose SFINAE to make the special member functions of
fixed-size Matrix and Array trivial, unless C++20 concepts are available to
simplify the selection of trivial special member functions given template
parameters. Therefore only make this feature available to compilers that support
C++20 P0848R3.

Fix #1855.

543e34ab9d Re-implement move assignments. 
The original swap approach leads to potential undefined behavior (reading
uninitialized memory) and results in unnecessary copying of data for static
storage.

Here we pass down the move assignment to the underlying storage.  Static
storage does a one-way copy, dynamic storage does a swap.

Modified the tests to no longer read from the moved-from matrix/tensor,
since that can lead to UB. Added a test to ensure we do not access
uninitialized memory in a move.

breaks clang-10 builds on x86 and aarch64 when C++11 is enabled.

db152b9ee6 PR 572: Add initializer list constructors to Matrix and Array (include unit tests and doc) 
- {1,2,3,4,5,...} for fixed-size vectors only
- {{1,2,3},{4,5,6}} for the general cases
- {{1,2,3,4,5,....}} is allowed for both row and column-vector

1f5024332e First part of a big refactoring of alignment control to enable the handling of arbitrarily aligned buffers. It includes: 
- AlignedBit flag is deprecated. Alignment is now specified by the evaluator through the 'Alignment' enum, e.g., evaluator<Xpr>::Alignment. Its value is in Bytes.
 - Add several enums to specify alignment: Aligned8, Aligned16, Aligned32, Aligned64, Aligned128. AlignedMax corresponds to EIGEN_MAX_ALIGN_BYTES. Such enums are used to define the above Alignment value, and as the 'Options' template parameter of Map<> and Ref<>.
 - The Aligned enum is now deprecated. It is now an alias for Aligned16.
 - Currently, traits<Matrix<>>, traits<Array<>>, traits<Ref<>>, traits<Map<>>, and traits<Block<>> also expose the Alignment enum.
